By showing real families that love Zillow, and what Zillow offers them, the brand empowered consumers to be creators and as a result, humanized the brand’s messaging.

The Results

Zillow created over 250 short-form UGC videos to use across their marketing channels. In addition to leveraging the standalone UGC assets, Zillow created two TV commercials compiling the authentic real-life consumer moments.
