PupBox promotes subscription box to 850K+ consumers

The Challenge

PupBox, a Petco company, is a monthly subscription box that offers personalized toys and treats for puppies. The brand wanted to create diverse content across various puppy breeds while highlighting the uniqueness of its service, which is to help puppies through their changing needs until their transition to adulthood.

The Solution

PupBox partnered with Social Native to find and activate Creators with puppies between the ages of 2-12 months. The brand provided the Creators with a free PupBox and in an effort to drive awareness and sales, Creators were able to offer their followers a free month by providing a custom discount link for creators to add to their bios.

The Results

The brand created 50 high-quality puppy images, fetching a 2.7% engagement rate, and reaching over 850k consumers. The brand re-used the Social Native content across their paid media, email marketing, website, and organic social.
