Q: What led you to become a creator?

My passion to live a full life. Being able to have my voice heard while also making a difference in this world. Whether it’s helping another mom get through a rough time, bringing a smile to someone’s face, sharing fun things to do with kids and more. Big or small, it counts.

Q: What one piece of advice would you like to give aspiring mom creators?

Hard work pays off. Don’t take shortcuts. Lastly, know your worth.

Q: What is your favorite campaign that you have worked on with Social Native and why?

I have so many! But if I have to choose one, it would be attending the Peter Rabbit 2 movie showing. We all wore Bunny ears and had the best time. Campaigns that represent us in our natural element are the best!

Q: What is your favorite part in the content creation process?

Seeing my ideas come to life. It is extremely rewarding.

Q: How do your daughters perceive your career as a creator? Do you feel it encourages them to explore their own creative passions?

They are 100% part of the team! If it weren’t for my 3 beautiful daughters, our blog wouldn’t exist. Many times they are the creative director. We truly enjoy what we do and the most important thing for us is having fun.

Her tight-knit audience of 3,400 Instagram followers tune in to playful family pictures and down-to-earth lifestyle content.

Q: What led you to become a creator?

What head me to be a creator was just that. I love creating. As a lifestyle photographer it was second hand to me and it was fun.

Q: How do you juggle being a full-time mama, homeschool teacher to your four children, and content creator?

How I juggle being a mom, homeschool teacher and creator is not easy. It takes balance and some days are different. The flexibility I have though because I homeschool helps do much. And my kids have fun with it as well, whether they are involved or not they help me out and have fun with each new thing.

Q: What is your favorite campaign that you have worked on with Social Native and why?

That’s a tough one. I would have to say though any campaigns with sweets especially Entenmann’s, that my kids and I are in. Those photos, and fun memories with them are priceless.

Q: What role do your children play in your content creation?

The role my kids play in content creating varies. Most of the time though they cheer me on or make me laugh. We have fun with the days we create. They also help me get inspired. I create around being a mom and at times it’s just natural creating with them.

Q: What is your proudest accomplishment as a mother?

My proudest moment as a mom would have to be having my kids. Each one is a blessing and watching them grow gives me great joy and pride. Motherhood is not easy, I have struggled and felt like I have failed at times but looking at them, seeing them grow into these beautiful kids. They are my greatest accomplishment.

My favorite Social Native Campaign is Eucerin, aside from the fact that it’s a great brand to feature on my page I also love the fact they have products for both kids and adults which connects well with my audience.

My favorite category to work with is food and children items, this is because my audience interacts more when I post things that have to do with eating or things I tried with my kids.

Be serious and focus. It’s not about the number of followers but how consistent you are and how interesting you make your content look.

Q: What’s one thing you wish you knew as a new mom that you know now after having your third child?

I wish I knew about online shopping when I had my other kids, I was always at the store struggling with them. But now things are much easier because I can get whatever I want online.

Becoming a creator happened without me knowing. As I was changing my career path while in school, I created a blog as an outlet to share favorite items, outfit styles and just to have my own creative space!

Q: What is your favorite part in the content creation process?

My favorite part of the content creation process is coming up with ideas to tell a story! You always want your audience to understand your vision and putting that into pictures is my favorite thing!

Q: What is your favorite campaign that you have worked on with Social Native and why?

I would have to say my campaign with Nivea. Right after I had my first baby! I had been struggling to find a lotion that would help firm my skin postpartum and this one did the trick! I even helped quite a few mamas!

Q: What’s one piece of advice you would give new moms?

Take your time and be patient, becoming a mom will take a lot of learning curves and you have to give yourself grace. It’s hard going from just yourself to taking care of little humans. I serious wouldn’t trade this job in for anything in the world!
