VP of Operations

Are you a VP of Operations who is passionate about leading the operations of a small, rapidly growing technology company that is changing the creative industry for marketers around the world?

Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee Operations & partner with the CEO on sales operations management of our organization to execute reliable and memorable delivery of our value to customers. Be a key partner on business development opportunities. Oversee all domestic and international operations.
  • Set & drive operational strategy for domestic and international businesses. Translate CEO’s vision into actionable organization wide goals, performance management & annual operating plan. Identify & oversee delivery on company wide KPIs, ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met. Build teams driven to exceed expectations through hiring right, training and mentoring. Drive all aspects of implementation and integration of M&A activities.
  • Develop, monitor and continuously improve systems and processes that consistently and reliably serve customers, content creators and our internal team to drive high performance, accurate and timely decision making and ease of use. Provide the appropriate data to customers and management to support their immediate and future needs. Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and overcome problems and constraints to deliver a robust level of growth and profitability. Optimize all aspects of the value chain required to scale in coordination with our growth.

Skills & Qualifications

  • BS Business Administration or related field.
  • 6 years in all aspects of operational management in both domestic and international businesses.
  • 4 years leading in small, growing high-tech B2B SaaS businesses domestic and international.
  • Developing and using data and performance metrics to drive diction making.
  • Managing 20 or more people.
  • An operational understanding of finance and accounting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies to drive performance in non-technology functions.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
