We are hiring for a Senior Manager/Director of Operations to manage both the day to day campaign execution, as well as, develop the process and structure to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and in budget.

  • Oversee a team of campaign managers and client services specialists.
  • Take a player-coach approach where you will manage select high profile campaign executions.
  • Drive content campaign execution for brand & agency clients. 
  • Campaign execution is comprised of creator identification, scheduling flights to pace delivery, monitoring performance and managing creator and content quality.
  • Create campaign operations structure and process to monitor performance, manage margin, track trends and proactively implement strategies to ensure overall attainment of objectives.  
  • Perform functional gap and root case analysis on identified goal and process deviations.
  • Communicate clearly campaign progress to internal and external teams by reviewing forecasted to actual metrics to ensure we exceed partner and company objectives.
  • Drive product initiatives to improve campaign operations, brand experience, and creator experience.
  • Last, success in this role will hinge upon strong cross-functional relationships with internal Social Native stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Support, Product and Technology.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Digital Ad Operations experience where you are defined by your client’s success metrics and their satisfaction.   
  • Heavy project management experience managing multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail, preferably in a digital account environment. 
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening and problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives on innovation and driving ideas forward. 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years relevant work experience.
  • Moderate to advanced Excel skills; power point, keynote, word, etc.
